Mandi has an engaging method of teaching that drove active participation and learning. Because of this, I’ve already seen impactful changes in email communications and presentation slides since the workshop. Our team has improved email by using a simple formula to write effective subject lines and by using bullet points in the body for concise and clear messages. I am also seeing PowerPoint slides constructed by using a simple rule for visibility, readability, and understanding.
